Hello and Welcome

Hello, my name is Philip and I am a local web and graphic designer based in Banstead.

I am excited to announce that I am now recruiting some local residents, as well as some people that live outside of Banstead, to take part in some interviews to help develop a new website for the residents of Banstead. I will also be looking for local businesses to take part in another survey shortly.

About This Survey

If you would like to be considered to take part in the interview, please take our short survey below which will help me identify users that fit my interview criteria. The short survey is short and will take around 5 minutes of your time.

Upon completion of the short screener survey, I will be scheduling selected participants for a 30-60 minute follow up interview. This interview will take place online and/or via Zoom. The interview may be recorded, and participants will be asked to sign a consent form along with a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

I will be offering a gift card in return for your time if you are selected for the interview.
